The 2008 AGM was held in Lexington Kentucky on October 3-5, 2008. Despite low turnout numbers, it was at definite success.  Friday
afternoon brought a group of members to an informal round table discussion, where thoughts and ideas about the website were discussed. At the AGM on Saturday, an official mission statement was approved, and a new direction for the website was approved at the post AGM on Sunday. Details from all the meetings will be forthcoming in the BayWatch.

President Heather Burns graciously recessed the AGM meeting over the noon hour.  AGM attendees traveled to Kentucky Horse Park to support Glenn McGirr and Lauralie Taubenheim while participating in the CDE competition.  Seeing their pair of pure Cleveland Bay mares, Tregoyd Stella and Beybreeze Nadia compete was thrilling indeed, and Glenn and Lauralie truly appreciated the cheering-on at the competition.  It is safe to say that the group felt a wonderful sense of camaraderie, as all were there for the same reason, our love of the Cleveland Bay.  The AGM is always a great way to renew old friendships, as well as make new connections.  Thank you to all who made the commitment to attend and a HUGE thank you goes to Sandra Bullington and Robert Haley for doing the lion's share of the planning.  Everyone had a great time!

High resolution prints are available of all of the photos with all profits going to the CBHSNA. Please contact us for more information.
