The 2009 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE CLEVELAND BAY  HORSE SOCIETY OF NORTH AMERICA WILL BE HELD IN LEESBURG, VIRGINIA ON  NOVEMBER 20TH, 21ST AND 22ND. 

We will hold the pre-AGM on Friday  evening, the 20th at Morven Park in nearby .  Shuttle service will be  provided to and from the park.  The AGM will be held on Saturday, the  21st at the Holiday Inn Leesburg.  The post AGM will be held Sunday  morning, the 22nd at the hotel.

The hotel is located at 1500 East  Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia, 20176.  Please phone 703-771-9200 for  reservations.  Make sure you specify that you are part of the Cleveland  Bay Horse Society of North America group.  Rooms are $79 per night.   The Holdiay Inn at Leesburg is located at Historic Carradoc Hall.  The  hotel features the Mansion House Restaurant and Tavern.  The hotel also  has complimentary shuttle service to/from Dulles International Airport, a 24  hour fitness center and swimming pool.

The AGM will be held at the  hotel starting at 10:00 AM on Saturday morning, the 21st.
A sandwich buffet  will be served for lunch.  Following the AGM, we will meet for dinner at  a restaurant to be determined later for food, fun, fellowship and  fundraising.

Sunday morning, the post AGM will be held at the hotel  with a continental breakfast provided by the  CBHSNA.
