Clevelands Draw Crowds at Howard County Fair
Purebred Cleveland Bay stallion Idlehour Yorktown, with rider Jennifer Webster and owner/breeder Marilyn Webster, accepting the Thomas C.H.Webster and *Ramblers Renown Perpetual Tropy as Cleveland Bay Division Champion at the Howard County Fair, 2009
Eighteen purebred and partbred Cleveland Bays gathered at Howard Country for our second annual Cleveland Bay Show as part of the county fair program. The judge was noted "R" Hunter Judge Kim Rachuba-Williams, who was very favorably impressed with the quality of the horses presented.
Thank you to all of the folks who showed and also showed up to volunteer and staff our division! Its success is a testament to the dedication of CB owners and fanciers in this region! We would also like to thank all of the people who contributed to sponsor the Mid-Atlantic Cleveland Bay Show Series. We would also like to give special thanks for professional-quality photographs from Christine Wolff.

Calling All Cleveland Bay Performance Horse Owners!
Do you own and/or compete a Cleveland Bay horse, either pure or part-bred? The Cleveland Bay Horse Society (CBHS), the Cleveland Bay Horse Society of Australasia (CBHSA) and the Cleveland Bay Horse Society of North America (CBHSNA) have come together in the formation of the International Cleveland Sporthorse Group, a Cleveland Bay Sport Horse group that will bring attention to the breed through compiling a database of as many performing pure or part-bred Cleveland Bay sport horses as possible, whatever their discipline, level, or registration status. This will enable the Societies to begin to link performance, involvement and success with Cleveland Bay pedigrees as well as enabling the better promotion of this rare and endangered breed through successful horses.
